Bill Miller Bar-B-Q to Open New Converse Location

Bill Miller Bar-B-Q, the popular restaurant known for its smoked meats, sweet tea, and fried chicken, is planning a new location in Converse!
According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new site will be located just 10 minutes from Avenida on Weichold Road, near the cross-section of I-10 and Loop 1604. This will be the second Bill Miller Bar-B-Q in Converse.
